More performances!

Lester's performance calendar will be busy over the next few months. Here's a quick snapshot of some of the events:

November 28 ：　My Brother's Mustache Folk Night
Show starts at 9:15pm.

November no date yet): Launching of CCP CD featuring various artists, with "Lament" by Lester Demetillo.

December 12: U.P. Theater all-star cast fund raising concert for Typhoon victims. A project of the U.P. Alumni Association.

January 28-31 : 1st Philippines Guitar Festival at CCP. Participating schools include UP, PWU, St Scholastica's College, Santa Isabel, Centro Escolar University.

February 7-8 : 100 years of World Music at the CCP. Featuring an all star cast. Organised by the UP Alumni Association

Singapore Concert

Acclaimed singer Grace Nono will be performing live in Singapore with Lester Demetillo and other musicians.

The concerts are part of the Singapore National Heritage Board's Philippines Fiesta.

They will be held at the National Museum Gallery Theatre on October 30th and 31st. Tickets are available at Sistic.

Fund-raising concert for Ondoy Victims

Lester will be performing with other artists in a fund-raising concert for the victims of Typhoon Ondoy.

The concert will be held at My Brother's Mustache, Scout Tuazon cor. Scout Madrinan. That's on Tuesday, October 6, 2009. The show starts at 7.30pm.

Please come to lend your support for the survivors of this devastating calamity. We hope to see you there!

Concert Dates

Lester will be performing in a concert at the Ateneo de Naga this May 9th.

He will be playing the following compositions by Claude Bolling:

1. Picnic Suite
2. Sonata for two piano
3. Suite for Flute and Piano
4. Sonata (Versailles) - solo Guitar

Then, it's folk night at My Brother's Mustache on May 30th at 9.15pm.

More Concert Dates in March!

Please join Lester and other performers at the following dates and venues:

1. Concert on Saturday, March 21st at the Aldaba Hall, UP Theater. Featuring Lester, Becky Abraham, Linc Drilon, Jess Bartolome and Prod Fernandez. Concert starts at 6.30pm.

2. Beatles Music Benefit Concert -- Sunday, March 22nd, at the Kamuning 1st United Methodist Church, 130 Kamuning Road near corner with EDSA. The concert starts at 8pm.

March Concert Date

March 11th, UP College of Music, with Lester and flautist Antonio Maigue. The concert starts 6pm.

Christmas is just around the corner, and Lester's performance schedule is busy this festive season. Join him at the following dates and venues:

1. December 4th -- UP Guitar Orchestra concert, UP Solair Building, 7pm.

2. December 5th -- An all-Filipino programme featuring soprano Thea Perez, at the Manila Hotel.

3. December 6th -- The UP College of Music Faculty Concert at Abelardo Hall. Concert starts at 6pm.

4. December 12th -- a programme of Chrsitmas carols for the Swiss Women's Group. Performance starts at 12pm.

5. December 18th -- A Charity concert at My Brother's Mustache, beginning at 6pm.

6. December 22nd -- A concert in Naga City featuring flautist Tony Maigue and soprano Ena Aldecoa.
